Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw Houston Office Continues Growing Litigation Ranks With Two New Attorneys


- International litigation team makes up nearly half of entire local office -

December 5, 2006 (HOUSTON, TX)The Houston office of international law firm Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw recently welcomed two new attorneys to its almost 40-person Litigation and International Arbitration practice group.

David Chang is a new associate who graduated cum laude in May 2006 with his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center. He received his Bachelors degree in art and art history from Rice University. Chang clerked for Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw during the summers of 2004 and 2005. In 2005, he also worked in London as an Intern Solicitor for Mayer Brown and another firm. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and is conversational in Spanish.

T.H. Waters III graduated with his law degree from The University of Texas School of Law in May 2006 and received his Bachelor of Science degree with Departmental Honors from Clemson Universitys Calhoun Honors College. He served as the technical editor of The Review of Litigation, Vol. 25, 2005-2006 and was awarded top honors during a 1994 mock trial competition. He also worked as a research assistant for a University of Texas law professor and worked as a summer associate at another firm.
