Widely recognized for its expertise in all areas of corporate and securities law, Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw handles public offerings, the planning and documentation of sophisticated financial arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, and related financings, and provides general corporate and business advice to a diverse base of clients.
