Health Administration Services Re-brands as “TriSurant” and Expands Healthcare Industry Offerings

February 8, 2007 (HOUSTON, TX)…Health Administration Services (HAS), a member of the JFO group of companies, recently announced that it has changed its name to “TriSurant” to better reflect the company’s augmented healthcare benefits services portfolio and the organization’s relatively new ownership and

The name change represents the culmination of a year-long top-to-bottom corporate restructuring process resulting from research about the company’s strengths, opportunities to enhance existing service lines, and potential new healthcare market offerings. The name “TriSurant” was selected to reflect the company’s three-pronged commitment to integrity, service, and value.

“This was not just a name change – we no longer are the traditional TPA that brokers and client companies have known for more than 20 years,” said Don Benson, president and CEO of TriSurant. “We now offer a wide array of innovative products and programs that address all areas of healthcare benefit management for self-insured companies and public entities.”

Some of TriSurant’s new product and service offerings designed to reduce the cost of company healthcare programs and improve care for members include:

A transparent pharmacy program
Disease management
On-site clinics
Web-based services
Predictive modeling
Population management programs
Fraudulent claims detection
Loss control tools
Lifestyle management
Heightened workers’ compensation program support

TriSurant is moving into new corporate headquarters in Houston as soon as construction is completed.
