McLeod is responsible for helping build relationships with benefits brokers in the Dallas Fort-Worth and North Texas areas. Prior to joining HAS, McLeod served as a regional sales manager for USNow where she generated nearly $2 million in new business for the managed limited benefits plan company. She also has worked as a health benefits broker marketing health, dental, vision, life, and third-party administration services to corporations. Before that, she marketed a third-party administrator over a 10-year period from its start-up operations through its growth into a highly respected force in the brokerage community. “Vicki brings practical experience from both the benefits management and health broker sides of the industry,” said Don Benson, CEO for HAS. “She understands the business of third-party administration as well as what brokers are seeking in a strategic and mutually beneficial partnership with a company like Health Administration Services, which will be extremely valuable to HAS.” McLeod graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Texas at Dallas.She has been an active member of the Texas Professional Benefits Administrators Association for nearly a decade and she is a Southwest Regional Advisory Board Member for the Self Insurance Institute of America.
